Pack Découverte is Lapland Ice Driving’s introduction to driving on ice. It runs for a day and a half at Arjeplog in Swedish Lapland, about 70 km from the Arctic Circle, and it is built around a single car, the BMW M240i. The operator describes it as a pack for people who are curious about sliding a car in the safest and most professional conditions it can offer. No previous experience is required, and prices start at EUR 4,950 per driver including VAT.

The driving day follows the operator’s Intensif programme: eight sessions of 30 minutes in the BMW M240i. The operator describes the car as balanced and responsive, a good match for people new to sliding. Certified instructors take you through it step by step, and the operator’s coaching page says the coach sits beside you in the car throughout. The cars run on studded tyres on frozen lakes, and the operator shapes circuits there that are modelled on well-known Formula 1 tracks.

Around the driving, the pack covers the arrangements that make a Lapland trip simpler. The operator lists airport transfers, use of courtesy vehicles between hotel and circuits, access to its private dining area, a champagne cocktail each evening, a photo report, a concierge service and a traditional Lapland dinner. A Lapland Ice Driving jacket is part of the pack. Coaching, access to every circuit and the clubhouse, and track assistance are included, and the packs overview adds insurance and excess.

Accommodation is not in the base price. The operator offers the four star Hotel Silverhatten, breakfasts and lunches in its private area, dinners and Nordic activities as options, so the final cost depends on what you add. Rates move with the season, and everything the operator sells can be tailored. The operator takes the booking and payment itself, so check its page for the season calendar and a confirmed quote.
